Transportation
Generally, we will be meeting at Grand Central Station at 7am on the morning of the hike and taking the Hudson Line train to Peekskill where we will use UBER ride shares to get to Bear Mountain.
Be sure to have UBER or Zelle downloaded on your phone prior to the trip so that you can split your ride with those in your vehicle.
Cost
There is no cost to enter Bear Mountain State Park unless you are driving. Each vehicle costs $10 to park. If you are commuting with the group, the train tickets are $26.50 roundtrip and $13.25 each way. The cost for the UBER ride shares will be better predicted closer to the date of the hike.
Start to End Time
The BLAQUE Movement Hike will begin promptly at 10am. With time set aside to enjoy the scenery, take pictures and have lunch, expect to leave Bear Mountain no sooner than 2pm.
Be sure to RSVP below and confirm whether you will meet us at Grand Central Station or Bear Mountain so that we know who we are waiting for.
